We Are AnTha Bridge

We're Thalia and Anileidys, the two people behind AnTha Bridge Academy. This academy was born from something we both lived firsthand: navigating the ABA field in the U.S. as Latinas, and seeing how much harder that path becomes when English isn't your first language and no one hands you a map. We built AnTha Bridge Academy to be that map, for every Spanish-speaking professional who came to us. Thalia leads the technology, platform, and design side of the academy, building the courses, tools, and systems that make learning feel structured and accessible from day one. Anileidys leads the mentorship side, working directly with students one-on-one, writing the academic content, and making sure every resource we publish truly meets the standard our students deserve. Together, we split the work, but we share the same belief: that learning ABA shouldn't mean choosing between understanding it deeply and understanding it in your own language. Every course, guide, and resource we create is designed to teach you to think like a professional, not to memorize your way through, with real guidance from two people who've walked the path themselves.

Our Story

AnTha Bridge Academy started with a simple, frustrating realization: the path to becoming a BCBA in the U.S. is hard enough already — and it gets even harder when you're doing it in your second language, with no one to show you how the pieces fit together. Thalia lived that reality firsthand: working as an RBT, immersed in her ABA master's program at Arizona State University, and constantly translating not just words but systems — decoding FAFSA, navigating unfamiliar academic expectations, figuring out what supervisors and professors assumed everyone already knew. Anileidys saw the same gap from a different angle: mentoring students one-on-one and watching talented, capable people struggle not because they lacked ability, but because no one had built anything for them, in their language, with their reality in mind. So the two of us decided to build it ourselves. AnTha Bridge Academy is the resource we wish we'd had — a bilingual space where Spanish-spaking ABA professionals can learn to think clinically, not just memorize definitions, where every course, guide, and mentorship session assumes you're capable of understanding the "why," not just following the steps. We didn't want to create shortcuts. We wanted to build a bridge — one that teaches you to cross it on your own. That's still the goal today: every module, every guide, every hour of live mentorship exists so the next Latino ABA professional doesn't have to figure it out as alone as we did.
